Seeds you should be eating in your diet

Before I took a nutrition class at the University of Georgia, I never realized how nutritious seeds were. Today I posted my breakfast on Instagram: a whole wheat bagel thin with almond butter, blueberries, and flax seed. I always use 1-2 tablespoons of flax or chia seeds when I am adding them to my cookies, toast, or oatmeal. They are calorically dense so you want to make sure you aren't eating too much of them at one time. I personally use Flax seed more than chia seeds, because they yield similar benefits but Flax seed is typically less expensive. I also like Flax seed because it contains anti-inflammatory compounds which is great because I do high intensity workouts. Which seeds are you most interested in adding to your diet? Let me know in the comments below!
