This is another go-to five minute meal. I love to meal prep this because it is very fast and I can cook a lot of it in only five minutes. This meal is perfect for the person who comes home from a long day and doesn't have a long time to cook, and I promise it is faster to cook this than it is to sit in line at a fast food restaurant!

I only buy grass-fed beef (see my post under "Choose This Not That" to find out the importance of choosing grass-fed beef). I try to eat red meat 1-2 times each week and I also take vitamin B-12 Supplements everyday. Vitamin B-12 is so important because it gives you energy and keeps you feeling awake all day. If you are someone who eats lean proteins often but realizes they are drinking 3-4 cups of coffee each day and still feeling drained your B-12 levels could be low. I also make this meal with turkey or homemade veggie burgers (teriyaki beet and chickpea burgers are a staple in my home). Veggie burgers are a great way to increase your vegetable intake or perfect for a vegan or vegetarian.

To make this meal, you just need a George Forman grill and a microwave. You can buy George Forman grills for as inexpensive as $15 and you can grill anything from veggies to chicken on them. I use mine all the time. Most turkey or beef burgers can be grilled for five minutes. While the burgers are grilling, you can microwave a bag of frozen vegetables or a sweet potato. After five minutes, divide into pyrex containers for meal prepping or go ahead and serve your family. It's that easy!
